What travelguides.lk is
travelguides.lk is a free, independent travel guide to Sri Lanka. It brings destination guides, an interactive map, practical essentials (visa and ETA, money, health, connectivity and etiquette), the Colombo airport guide, transport, hotels, festivals and season planning together in one clean, mobile-first app that also works offline.
It is informational only. It is not a booking or reservation service, and not a travel agent, tour operator or carrier.
How we work
Our guides are compiled from reputable public sources, dated, and kept current. Where information is volatile (visa rules, prices, flight times, opening hours) we say so and point you to the official source to confirm before you travel.
We keep the app privacy-first: the trips, saved places, itineraries and budgets you create stay on your own device, not on our servers.
